What is OEM?
OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are the part installed on the vehicle during production.
Do you only source OEMS?
Ideally, OEM or originals are recommended for any replacement or repair works. After-market parts may sometimes struggle with quality and reliability. Unless is a known aftermarket brand owner.
Where do you source your part from?
We source parts mostly from the country of origin of the vehicle. For instance, if the vehicle is shipped and built for the US market the parts are sourced from that market. This ensures perfet fit for the job.

Can I return a part?
Parts ordered, sourced and delivered cannot be returned. Unless a wrong part was ordered other than what you requested for. For e.g. if you order a stabilizer link bar and gasket was delivered. In such circumstances we accept returns.
What is your delivery timelines?
We deliver in 1 week after payment of the order is received. However, supply chain challenges can extend deliver timelines to 2 weeks.
Why do you charge Insurance?
Parts are insured during shipment to secure our clients interest.
What can I order?
We specialise in the sourcing of small and critical parts such as sensors, keys, gaskets, water pumps, engine cooling fans, radiators, condensers, Engine Control Unit / Module ( ECUs), starters, alternators, belts, bulb, lamp assembly etc. Virtually, you can order anything for your repair job. Struts and Shocks cannot be delivered in 7 days due to manufacturing content and shipping regulations.
Can your parts be guarrantteed?
We source OEM parts. These are the originals. However, where a client want Aftermarket, we do our best to procure good after market brands like Gates, Victor Reinz, Bilstein, MOOG,
Can I cancel my order place?

Orders can be cancelled. However, orders cannot be cancelled if the order was placed before the cancellation request was received.
